Who can join?

You can join the program once you have reached early rehabilitation milestones. This will vary depending on the injury (knee, ankle, hip). For knee injuries at a minimum, you must satisfy the 3 following criteria:

  • A straight knee and bending to 115 degrees
  • Minimal swelling and pain
  • Walking without use of an aid

What is involved?

  • Weekly small group sessions supervised by highly trained physiotherapists specialising in lower limb sports injuries
  • Periodic testing to determine when you are ready to move to the next phase (Return to Performance phase)
  • All sessions claimable through your private health fund or sports injury insurance
  • Prepare to running drills, strength training and movement retraining drills to truly prepare you for late stage rehabilitation
  • Use the latest developments in injury rehab such BFR training, AirTrack, muscle stim and recovery modalities
  • Personal gym, aquatic and conditioning programs to perform outside of sessions to maximise results
