Don’t be another statistic!

ACL rupture and other lower limb injuries are devastating to the athlete. For example, the outcomes following ACL surgery are disturbing:

  • Only 55% return to competitive sport after ACL injury
  • 20% of people re-rupture the same or other leg
  • 30% of people under 18 re-rupture the same or other leg
  • Only 5% of patients complete evidence-based rehab beyond 6 months

What is involved?

  • 2 x 60min small group training sessions per week
  • All sessions claimable through your private health fund or sports injury insurance
  • Gym and field based sessions for a holistic approach to return to sport
  • Fully supervised by highly trained physiotherapists specialising in late stage return to performance rehabilitation
  • Sessions individually tailored to your sporting goals and unique sporting demands
  • Progressive structured training including strength, power, speed, agility and coordination
  • Individualised running and gym programs to perform outside of sessions to maximise results
  • Comprehensive athletic testing to ensure you are ready to return to sport

This is the standard program that we find gets the best results, but it can be performed one-on-one and modified based on personal circumstances, injury and return to sport goals. You do not need to complete our Fundamentals Program to join.
