Meet the team
The team behind your return to performance
We are a group of like-minded physiotherapists who noticed injured athletes not getting the care they need. Why shouldn’t everyone have access to a cutting edge, world class program, the same as the professional athletes from the AFL, NRL and Olympic level get. As a result, we put our extensive experience and knowledge together from the professional sporting world to the everyday athlete and did something about it. The result is Performance GC.
It is our mission to return every client back to their sport of choice with confidence that they are physically and mentally prepared for the rigour of sport. With this we aim to minimise re-injury and maximise performance, so you can spend more time on the field and less in the gym.
(Founder, Director and Physiotherapist)
With a dedication to excellence and helping people reach their full potential, Adam fits naturally within the Performance GC ethos. He is dedicating his professional life to improving outcomes and optimising late stage ACL rehabilitation through his PhD studies at Bond University. He will always do whatever he can to get you to your goals.
(Founder and APA Titled Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist)
Richard has been working in the physiotherapy industry for over 30 years. It is his experience in the clinic over this time that was a key facilitator to the Performance GC vision. With a wealth of professional sport and clinic experience behind him, he is a continued guiding voice in our services.
Having ruptured his ACL 2 years ago and then subsequently going through the Performance GC program to return to performance, Yasu is a perfect fit to the team. There is something about experiencing the trials and tribulations of rehab firsthand that carries over to helping others. Having also played baseball as a pitcher on scholarship in the USA college system, he knows what it takes to play high level sport.
Dan really loves putting his best foot forward to help all. With a strong background in athletics, including a stint in the USA college system, he is massive advantage in training for running based sports and brings that athlete mentality to the team.
(Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach)
Before advancing his career to becoming a physiotherapist, Graham worked as a performance coach at adidas North American Headquarters. After sustaining many injuries and surgeries, he understands the struggle and drive it takes to get back to playing the sport you love. His unique background helps provide insight for a seamless transition from the weight room onto the field for optimum performance
